Note:  James Riley Priest was the son of William Charles and Hannah (Jenkins) 
Priest, born April 5, 1846 and died on April 1, 1914 Gratiot Co., MI. He 
married Samatha J. Williams on April 1, 1870 in Miami, Ohio. They were the 
parents of Jesse F. Priest. William Arthur, Harley Othrum, Charles E. and Alta 
Priest. He also was married to Olive Malinda (Converse) Miller (1871-1927) 
buried in Salt River Cemetery, Shepherd, Isabella Co., Michigan.

Jessie F. Priest was the son of James Riley and Samatha J. (Williams) Priest, 
born January 28, 1874 Miami, Ohio and cemetery record shows date of death as 
September 6, 1888 - died at the age of 19 years 3 months and 9 days.

Note: Contributor relates that he died in Florida in 1933 and is buried in 
Detroit. I haven't located the gravesite yet to take a picture of the 
headstone. The burial information was from Oak Grove Cemetery Records. Oak 
Grove Cemetery records show he is buried on Square Hill Block G Lot 51 along 
with Hannah and William C. Priest.
