DEATH TAKES HENRY STRAKA

Henry J. Straka, 75 of rural St. Louis, died Wednesday Morning at the Veterans 
Hospital in Saginaw where he had been for the past two months.

Mr. Straka was born in Alpena, Michigan, August 14, 1889, he son of Marie and 
John Straka.  He married Mrs. Florence Baker in 1937 and they lived in Flint 
until 1954, when they moved to Saint Louis.  Mrs. Straka died October 17, 1963.

Surviving is one daughter, Mrs. David Dankert of rural Saint Louis; two sons, 
Henry, Jr. and George, both of Saint Louis and four grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, August 28, 1964 at 1:30 p.m. from the 
Carter Funeral Home.  The Rev. Charles Vermilyea of the Saint Louis Baptist 
Church will officate and burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.
