  This may certify that on the 28th day of February
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred 
and sixty one in the township of North star in the county
of Gratiot and in the State of Michigan ??? to the laws
therof, Harley S Evitts aged 29 years of the township of North
Star in the county of Gratiot and State of Michigan
and Margeret Bartrim aged 18 years of the township
of North Star in the county of Gratiot and State of
Michigan were joined in the Sacred bonds of Holy 
Matrimony by me at the House of Alexander McDaid.
