Death of Mrs. William Beard

Mrs. William Beard died Sunday morning at her home in this village after an illness of 
several months. She was seventy-six years old, and had been a resident more than fifty 
years. Her husband died two months ago, and before his death they observed the fifteth 
anniversary of their wedding. 

Mrs. Beard was born in Scotland and a descendant of an old family. Her maiden name was 
Jean Campbell. The remaining members of the family are four children, John C., David, 
Miss Mary Beard, and Mrs. Jessie Klefish, and her children, Clyde and Ethel. 

Mrs. Beard was a member of the Presbyterian church. Funeral services will be conducted
 at the late home this (Thursday) afternoon at 2:30, by Rev. Frank C. Colvin.
