Resident of Hillsdale County for many years, Hillsdale until a few months ago.
Died:  Today (Sept. 3, 1963) at Hillcrest Rest Home in Pittsford.
Member:  Hillsdale First Methodist Church
Graduation:  Hudson High School, and Ypsilanti Normal State College
Born:  April 3, 1891 - Ithaca, Michigan
Parents:  Orlando and Rodilla (Chamberlain) Porter
Married:  Archie L. Clark - June 19, 1913 (he preceded her in death in 1958).
Survivors:  1 daughter - Mrs. Lorell (Earnestine) Foust of Hillsdale; 1 sister -
 Mrs. Grace L. Babbs of Leslie; 1 brother, Leonard Porter of Pittsford; 4 
grandchildren.  4 sisters and 2 brothers preceded her.
Funeral: Thursday 2pm - VanHorn Funeral Home - Rev. O. Lavern Merritt 
officiating.
Interment:  Waldron Cemetery, Waldron.
