Joined the Congregational Church of North Adams in 1858, but made a profession 
of religion since age twenty.
Died:  Aug. 3, 1887
Cause of death:  Apoplexy, at home in Adams Twp., Hillsdale Co., Mich.
Age:  72yrs 9mo 25 dys.
Funeral: at the house, Friday, 3:00 pm, by Rev. J.P. Borton.
Interment:  Pease Cemetery
