The Reading Hustler, late Oct. 1903
OBITUARY:  (The Reading Hustler, date unknown)  A strange fatality occurred at
Cambria last Wednesday in the death of Mr. and Mrs. Heman Weston, who died five
hours apart, both of typhoid fever.  They had but recently returned from
Saginaw, where they assisted in the care of a daughter and her husband, both of
whom were sick with the same disease.  Mr. and Mrs. Weston were among the
pioneer residents of Cambria and were highly respected.  A double funeral was
held Saturday and the remains laid to rest in the same grave.  Mr. Weston was 77
years of age and Mrs. Weston 68.  The latter was a daughter of Seth Betts and a
half-sister of Mrs. J. W. Niblack and Mrs. Chas. Gilbert, all of Reading.
