Chief Marvin J. WILLIAMS, age 44, of Jerome, passed away Wednesday, July 7, 
2004, at the Hillsdale Community Health Center.

He was born May 3, 1960, to Melvin and Darlene (MAENLE) WILLIAMS. He married 
Charlene SPENCE on Sept. 15, 1984.
