Peter and Permelia Harring came from New York State to Hudson Township then on 
to Jefferson Township in Hillsdale County as early Osseo settlers. It appears 
Peter died on February 27, 1864 and Permelia on February 28, 1864 no 
iformation of the cause. He was my Great-Great Grandfather and the father of 
Henry H Harring.
