Clarence S. Bond, age 83, Royal Oak, (MI) died Friday in the Alexander 
Convalescent Home, Royal Oak.  He was born August 7, 1897, in Calumet, 
Houghton Co., MI.

He is survived by his wife, Irma A. (Diefenbach), of Royal Oak; Daughter Mrs. 
Clifford (Bernice) Leigh, of Royal Oak; Sisters Mrs. Albert (Isabelle) Jose, 
of Detroit; Bernice Barcelona, Albany, CA; and Ruth, of Leesburg, FL; and two 
grandchildren.

Memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. March 1, at First Unitarian- 
Universalist Church of Detroit.  Memorials can be sent to the American 
Parkinson's Disease Society.  Arrangements by Spiller-Spitler-Morelock Funeral 
Home, 836 N. Main, Royal Oak.
