Michael James Bell, 48, beloved, son, grandson, brother, uncle and friend, of Port Austin, formerly of Saginaw and Hemlock, passed away tragically, Thursday, May 24, 2001 in an automobile accident. Michael was born Aug. 9, 1952 in Saginaw, the firstborn child of James O. and Marilyn (Gohm) Bell. He graduated from Hemlock High School in 1970. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan in 1974 where he studied linguistics. He spoke seven languages fluently and studied others. He attended Catholic Theological College in Washington D.C. and was ordained in the priesthood on Sept. 23, 1979 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Hemlock. He served as a seminarian at St. Andrew Parish and at Holy Rosary Parish both in Saginaw. He served as deacon and associate pastor at St. Roch Parish in Caseville and St. Felix Parish in Pinnebog, and associate pastor at St. Helen Parish in Saginaw. He served as pastor at St. Joseph Parish in Argyle and St. Ignatius Parish in Freiburg, St. Michael Parish in Pinconning, Sacred Heart in Caro and was currently serving as pastor at St. Michael Parish in Port Austin. Fr. Mike loved spending time with his family. He was an avid computer user and lover of books and maintained an extensive library. He loved to travel, especially in Europe. He loved the arts, including the theatre, architecture and painting. Surviving are his father, James O. Bell; grandmother Catherine A. Bell; two sisters; one brother; their spouses; five nephews; Kathleen and David Bence, Dr. Patrick and Carol Bell and their son Morgan, Kristine and Steven Butterworth and their sons, Erik, Kyle, Dylan and Logan; two aunts and one uncle, Helen Gohm, Carl J. Gohm Jr. and his wife, Rosemary; many cousins, great aunts and great uncles. He was proceeded in death by his mother, Marilyn E. Bell on Jan. 20, 2001; his nephew Korbin "Kory" Butterworth; his grandparents, Ralph W. Bell, Carl and Katherine Gohm; his uncles and aunt, Robert Gohm, Fred Gohm and his wife Ann Gohm. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 30, 2001 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1035 North River Road in Saginaw. Bishop Kenneth E. Untener will be principal celebrant. Committal service will be in the St. Andrew Cemetery in Saginaw. Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. today at St. Michael Parish in Port Austin. He will then lie in state at Holy Spirit Parish in Saginaw from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday. The Holy Spirit Council No. 8808 Knights of Columbus will pray the Rosary at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. A vigil service will be prayed at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Friends and family may then meet at the church from 10 a.m. Wednesday until the time of Mass. Memorials may be made to the Clergy Benefits Society (the priest retirement fund) or parish of their choice. Arrangements are by the W.L. Case and Co. Funeral Directors, Saginaw. Laura Booms Laura C. Booms, 93, of Harbor Beach passed away Friday, May, 25, 2001 in the long term unit of Harbor Beach Community Hospital following a short illness. Born in Harbor Beach on Oct. 12, 1907, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Mary (Wolschleger) Scholtz. Laura and Clarence Booms were united in marriage on April 1, 1929 in Harbor Beach. Clarence preceded her in death on June 28, 1982. She attended business college in Detroit and was a former employee of the Booms Silo Co. in Harbor Beach. Laura enjoyed her family, playing cards, and games such as Rummicub. She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Helena and the Alter Society and the Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church in Harbor Beach. Laura is survived by five sons: James Booms, Robert Booms, Gene Booms, and his wife, Emily, all of Harbor Beach; Albert Booms and his wife, Nenita of Athens, Ga.; and Warren Booms and his wife, Ana, of Saginaw; six daughters: Barbara Mazure, and her husband, Raymond, Marilyn Essenmacher, and her husband, Lloyd, Charlotte Kranz and her husband, Lawrence, Clarice Siemen and her husband, Ronald, Matilda Messing and her husband, Daniel, all of Harbor Beach; and Ramona Bell of San Antonio, Texas; 73 grandchildren; 130 great-grandchildren; and one great great granddaughter. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Judith Booms; two sons, Kenneth Booms and Stephen Booms; four grandchildren, Bruce Booms, Corrina Siemen, Martha and Daniel Messing; two great grandchildren, Jason Booms and Andrea Wruble; a sister, Dorothy Booms; and a brother, John Scholtz. Funeral Mass will take place at 9:30 a.m. Monday, May, 28, 2001 at Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church with Fr. Gerald Kukla, pastor officiating. Burial will be in the St. Anthony's Church Cemetery, Helena. A St. Anthony's Altar Society Rosary took place on Saturday. Martha Crawford Martha N. Crawford, 88, of Fenton and Sand Point, passed away Thursday, May 24, 2001 at the Genesys Hospice Care Center in Goodrich. A private memorial service will take place at a later date, with interment at the Caseville Township Cemetery. Arrangements are being conducted by the Meyersieck-Bussema Funeral Home, a Golden Rule Funeral Home, Pigeon. Jesse "Skip" Lovejoy Jesse "Skip" W. Lovejoy, 39, of Deckerville and Harbor Beach, passed away Thursday, May, 24, 2001 in Port Huron Hospital following a short illness. Born in Harbor Beach on July 26, 1961, he was the son of Jesse Lovejoy and the late Ruth Winkel Lovejoy. Skip was a graduate of the Harbor Beach Community School Class of 1979. He was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Harbor Beach and was a current employee of the Schott Excavating of Harbor Beach. He enjoyed nature and being out of doors and was a hunter and fisherman. He was a member of the Harbor Beach Gun Club, the Harbor Beach Conservation Club and the National Rifle Association. Skip is survived by a special friend and companion Beth Schumacher of Deckerville; his father, Jesse Lovejoy; and by four sisters: Mary Jo Lovejoy of Harbor Beach, Lori Lovejoy and her fiance, Pat Banker, of Harbor Beach, Geri Lochrie and her husband, Edward, of Port Hope, and Patti Braun and her husband, Jeff, of Bad Axe; several nieces and nephews and by the Schumacher family. Monday, May 28, 2001 - None Tuesday, May 29, 2001 Wesley Gebauer Wesley C. "Bets" Gebauer, 96, long time Elkton area plumber died Friday morning, May 25, 2001, at Blogett Medical Center in Grand Rapids. He was born Nov. 11, 1904, in Oliver Township to the late Charles and Mary (Voelker) Gebauer. On Dec. 11, 1931, he was united in marriage to Beatrice E. Madison at the Elkton Methodist parsonage. She preceded him in death Nov. 24, 1991. Bets, as he was known to everyone in Elkton, retired from his business, Gebauer Plumbing and Heating in 1983. In his early years, he worked for General Telephone, had a grain and thrashing business and farmed. He was a member of the Elkton United Methodist Church and had been active in his community in the past. In 1998, he was the Grand Marshall of the Elkton Autumn Fest Parade. Surviving are his daughter, Barbara Pierce and her husband, Charlie, of Belding; son, Fred Gebauer and his wife, Teresa, of Grand Rapids; five grandchildren, Gregory Timmer and his wife Sherry, Robin Rogers and her husband, Steve, Becky Manos and her husband, Chris, Lisa Brown and her husband, Dave, and Amy Neis and her husband, Bill; and eight great-grandchildren. Preceding him in death were two brothers, Karl and William; and two sisters, Ester Demo and Melvina Kramer. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. today at the Elkton United Methodist Church. The Rev. Pete Crawford, pastor will officiate with burial in Riverside Cemetery in Elkton. Visitation will be after 10 a.m. today at the church. Memorials may be directed to the Michigan Association of Retired School Personnel (MARSP) or the church. Melvin Laskie Melvin C. Laskie, 66, of Lake Township near Caseville died Monday, May 28, 2001, at his home while under hospice care. He was born on June 21, 1934, in Royal Oak to Laura (Rockentine) Laskie and the late C. David Laskie. He and Maria Fernandes were united in marriage Nov. 4, 1985. Melvin lived in different parts of the state and country and moved from Massachusetts to Caseville in 1996. He enjoyed his family, the lake and bay, fishing and boating. He also loved to play golf. Surviving are his wife, Maria; his children, Cathy Anthony and Mike Laskie of Rhode Island, Camilla Laskie and Renan Valadares at home; his brother, Larry Laskie of Wyoming; and his mother, Laura Laskie of Bad Axe. In keeping with his wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service. A memorial service will be conducted at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the family. Pleiness, 75, of Harbor Beach passed away Sunday, May 27, 2001, at St. Mary's Medical Center in Saginaw following a short illness. Born in Bloomfield Township on Jan. 3, 1926, he was the son of the late Herman and Hannah (Nickel) Pleiness. August and Thelma Pilaske were united in marriage on Nov. 15, 1947, in Port Hope. He was an employee of Hercules, Inc. for 40 years and retired on Feb. 1, 1988. Gus was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Harbor Beach, the Senior Coffee Club, and the Senior Bowling. He enjoyed the outdoors with fishing and hunting. Gus had a great sense of humor and he enjoyed riding his moped bike. Surviving are his wife, Thelma Pleiness of Harbor Beach; five children, Linda Osier and her husband, Al, of Oak Harbor, Wash., Alan Pleiness and his wife, Janice, of Port Hope, Kathy Lindland and her husband, Richard, of Auburn, Edward Pleiness and his wife, Lisa, of Allenton, and Michelle Duggan and her husband, Dan, of Forestville; twelve grandchildren, Carrie Pyle, Jill Walund, Tracey Lemanski, Stacey Pleiness, Regina Zurek, Kevin Pleiness, Erin Wruble, Sia Feldkemp, Jacob Lindland, Lindsey and Cassidy Pleiness and Madison Duggan; one great-grandson Jordyn Feldkemp; three sisters, Bertha Lang and her husband, Ted, of Port Hope, Minnie Hearit of Harbor Beach and his twin, Dorothy Roberts of Harbor Beach; two brothers, Walter Pleiness of Harbor Beach and Harold Pleiness and his wife, Joyce, of Port Hope. "Whitey" Steinman, 70, of Caseville died Monday morning, May 28, 2001, at Covenant Cooper Hospital in Saginaw. He was born on Dec. 17, 1930, at the home of his parents, the late Clarence and Jessie (Beadle) Steinman, in Chandler Township. On Oct. 13, 1951, he was united in marriage to Deloris M. Langley at St. Roch Church in Caseville. Deloris preceded him in death on Feb. 21, 1996. Whitey lived in the Caseville area most of his life and worked in the shipping and receiving department of Michigan Oven Company in Caseville until his retirement in 1992. He was a member of St. Roch Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus Council No. 8042. He was fire chief for the Caseville Fire Department for 35 years, on the Caseville School Board for 10 years, and was a member of the village council. He loved to fish out on the bay and umpired Little League forever. Surviving are two daughters, Betty of Caseville and Patti of Saginaw; two brothers, Clarence and his wife, Barbara, of Detroit, and Robert and his wife, Irene, of Port Austin; sister, Jane E. Steinman of Caseville; aunt, Laurina Beadle of Mankato, Minn.; a son-in-law, Dale Schweitzer and his wife, June, of Pigeon, David Langley and his wife, Mary Ellen, of Plainwell; five grandchildren, Danielle, Eryn, Sara, Kayla and Katie; his fishing buddies, Paul Geiger and James Simmons of Caseville; and many nieces and nephews. Edwin was preceded in death by his daughter, Lori Schweitzer; two brothers, Hazen and William; and one sister, Betty Ann Beeney. Carol Sting Carol Ann Sting, 65, of Sebewaing died Monday, May 28, 2001, at her home following a lengthy illness. She was born on Sept. 16, 1935, in West Branch to the late William T. and June (Fultz) McKenney. She was united in marriage to Raymond P. Sting on June 1, 1963, in West Branch. Carol was involved with the volunteer assault crisis program in Caro and the Lutheran Child and Family Service, taught Sunday school for 25 years, served on the stewardship board of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Bad Axe, was a member of the Lutheran Women's Missionary League at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Bach and was very active in the Thursday morning bible study. She also enjoyed sewing. She was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Bad Axe. Surviving are her husband, Raymond; two daughters, Joanne Sting of Charleston, S.C. and Annette Russell and her husband, David J., of Caro; one son, Tod Sting and his wife, Leisha, of Sebewaing; one granddaughter, Crystal Sting; four brothers, John "Wesley" McKenney and his wife, Cynthia, of Petoskey, Carl McKenney and his wife, Virginia, of Lansing, Nat McKenney of Pueblo, Colo., Richard McKenney of Davison; two sisters-in-law, Mary Ann McKenney of Lansing, Sharon McKenney of Weidman; and many nieces and nephews. Wednesday, May 30, 2001 Melvin Bergman Melvin Paul Bergman, 65, of Phoenix, Ariz., formerly of Pigeon, passed away on Sunday, May 27, 2001, at his home following a brief illness. Mr. Bergman was born on Aug. 6, 1935, in Pigeon, son of the late Adolf Henry Frederick and Ida Emma Antonia (Trautman) Bergman. On July 3, 1959, he was united in marriage to Joyce Starr at Cross Lutheran Church in Pigeon. He was a member of the Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church in Phoenix. He was a former member of Cross Lutheran Church in Pigeon as well as the Pigeon Lions Club. He is survived by his wife, Joyce; five children, Judi Whitehead of Phoenix, Dennis Bergman and his wife, Renee, of Ortonville, Ron Bergman and his wife, Leisha, of Park City, Utah, Don Bergman and his wife, Nancy, of Gahanna, Ohio, and Mark Bergman and his wife, Beth, of Harrisonburg, Va.; ten grandchildren; two brothers, Otto Bergman and his wife, Leattrice, and Ted Bergman and his wife Ila, both of Arizona; a sister, Carolyn Stirrett and her husband, Donald, of Vassar; and several nieces and nephews. Hool, 77, of Tallahassee, Fla., formerly of Gagetown, died Monday, May 28, 2001, at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital following a four-month illness. He was born on April 10, 1924, in Gagetown, son of the late Clement and Helen (Menzel) Hool. He was married to Irene L. Tabar on Jan. 26, 1946, in Epiphany Lutheran Church in Detroit. He was employed at Chicago Pneumatic Tool Company in Detroit and was a former member of the International Union of Operating Engineers. Howard owned and operated the Northgrove Inn in Caro from 1955 to 1963, the Wagon Wheel in Kinde from 1961 to 1972. He owned various construction companies from 1969 to 1974 and the Windjammer Motel in Treasure Island, Fla. from 1973 to 1979. From 1980 until they retired in 1987 he owned rental apartments in Gulfport and Madiera Beach, Fla. He was a member of St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church in Linkville and he was a member of Epiphany Lutheran Church in Tallahassee. Surviving are his wife, Irene, of Tallahassee, Fla.; two daughters, Lynette Hahn and her special friend, Robert Prange, of Gagetown, Loretta Alexander and her husband, Abe, of Tallahassee, Fla.; two granddaughters, Sherri Hahn and her fiance, Keith Michalak, of Westland, Kimberly Yaroch and her husband, James, of Sebewaing; two great-granddaughters, Kayla and Chambray; three sisters, Beverly Schimetz and her husband, James, of Dearborn Heights, Marlene Booms and her husband, Irvin, of Warren, Judith Ripley of Mount Morris; four brothers, Carl Hool and his wife, Lillian, of Columbiaville, Larry Hool and his wife, Beatrice, of Mayville, William Hool and his wife, Agnes, of Lupton and Francis Hool of Unionville; and numerous nieces and nephews. Stephanie Nietubicz Stephanie Nicole Nietubicz, 17, of Kinde died Monday May 28, 2001, at Huron Memorial Hospital in Bad Axe. She was born on Jan. 3, 1984, at Mount Clemens. Daughter of Sherry Hessell and the late Joseph A. Nietubicz. She was a member of the First Missionary Church in Bad Axe and was a student of North Huron High School Class of 2003. She was a choir member and enjoyed listening to music and visiting with her family and friends. Surviving are her mother and step-father, Sherry and Martin Hessell of Kinde; one sister, Angela Hessell; two brothers, Joseph Nietubicz and Martin Hessell II, all living at home. Several aunts, uncles, cousins and her church friends and school classmates. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 31, 2001, from the Gage Chapel-MacAlpine Funeral Home in Kinde. The Rev. Anthony Ferriel, pastor of First Missionary Church in Bad Axe will officiate. Cremation will take place at Sunset Valley in Bay City. Memorials may be offered to the family or to a place of the donors choice. Thursday, May 31, 2001 Nona Mantini Nona J. Mantini, 75, of Port Austin, died Friday, April 13, 2001, at Spring Hill Hospital in Spring Hill, Fla. She was born on Oct. 31, 1925, in Ohio. She married Angelo Mantini in 1942 in Fair Haven. They moved to Port Austin in 1978. She was a former owner of the Fireside Inn in Port Austin. She was involved in owning and building A. J.'s Party Store in Port Austin. Mrs. Mantini was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Port Austin and also a member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church in Florida. She was a winter resident in Weech Wachi, Fla. She is survived by two daughters, Carlene Nowlin and her husband, Jim, and Toni Irwin and her husband, Rick, all of Fair Haven; six grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Angelo on March 28, 1985. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 2, 2001, at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Port Austin. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Patrick McCormick Patrick James McCormick, infant son of Gary and Susan (Schultz) McCormick of Caseville went to be with the Father, at 8:31 a.m., May 30, 2001. Surviving are his parents, Gary and Sue; his grandparents, Lawrence McCormick of Pinnebog and Ed and Jane Schultz of Elkton; maternal great grandmothers, Delthie Bloomfield of Sebewaing and Hannah Schulz of Caro; and several aunts and uncles. Michael Mouton Michael Deane Mouton, 41, of Port Austin, died Monday, May 21, 2001, at the home of his mother while under hospice care. He was born on July 8, 1959, in Pontiac to Barbara Damm Mouton and the late Lewis Deane Mouton. He moved to the Port Austin area in 1968. Mike graduated from North Huron High School in 1977. He is survived by his mother; two sons, Christopher Mouton of Detroit and Cory Mouton of Kinde; a daughter, Kendra Mouton of Kinde; two brothers, Mark Mouton and his wife, Lesa (Smukala), of Utica and Robert Mouton of Whitmore Lake; two sisters, Mary Howard and her husband, Rodney, of Wixom and Lori Mouton of Port Austin; six nieces and nephews, Sean and Cody Mouton of Utica, Gabrielle Howard of Wixom, Andrew Gainer and Emily Marentette of Port Austin, and Cody Hill of Leroy; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father; his paternal grandparents, Marshall and Viola Mouton, and his maternal grandparents, Dominic and Elfrieda Damm. Cremation has taken place. Cremains will be interred in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Detroit at a future date. Lloyd Severance Lloyd "Chick" Dean Severance, 85, of Decker, died peacefully at home Wednesday, May 31, 2001. He was born on April 24, 1916, in Decker to Charles and Gertrude (Patch) Severance. He married Ester Woodhull on Aug. 24, 1938, in Decker. Lloyd farmed all his life on the family farm in Evergreen Township. He was active in the dairy industry. Lloyd was an active member of Shabbona United Methodist Church where he was chairman of the board, Sunday school teacher and held many other offices. At one time he was Evergreen Township treasurer, supervisor, Sanilac County commissioner and a member of the Sanilac County Fair Board. His greatest love was his family and quartet music. He was instrumental in starting the New Year's Eve Gospel Sing in Cass City and the Lloyd Severance Thumb Gospel Music Convention at Bay Shore Camp in Sebewaing. Lloyd is survived by his wife, Ester; children, Arthur Severance and his wife, Janet, of Decker, Leslie Severance and his wife, Kay, of Decker, Linda Hirsch and her husband, Leland, of Decker, and Ruth Ann Marshall and her husband, Dave, of Cass City; grandchildren, Dean Severance and his wife, Laura, Tim Severance and his wife, Roxann, Randy Severance and his wife Deb, Sally Cooper, Beth O'Parka and her husband, Doug, Beck Rule and her husband Mike, Brenda Parrish, Lyle Severance and his wife, Heather, Suzanne Reehl and her husband, Mark, Brian Hirsch and his wife Shari, Kristy Scheuer and her husband Dave, Scott Marshall and his wife Beth, and Mike Marshall; 16 great-grandchildren and the 17th expected soon; sister, Clara Turner of Akron; sisters-in-law, Ester M. Severance of Kalamazoo, Helen Severance of Ann Arbor; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by grandson-in-law, Daniel Cooper; brothers, Ray, Vernon, Louis and Harry Severance; sister, Helen Sheppard. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 2, 2001, at Shabbona United Methodist Church with Pastor Ellen Burns, Pastor John Heims, and Rev. Donald Severance officiating. Interment is in Evergreen Township Cemetery in Decker. Pallbearers for Mr. Severance are his grandsons, Dean, Tim, Randy, and Lyle Severance, Brian Hirsch, Scott and Mike Marshall. Erma Siemen Erma Siemen, 84, of Port Hope passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2001, at Huron Memorial Hospital in Bad Axe following a long illness. She was born on Oct. 19, 1916, to the late Warner and Amelia (Baker) Ramsey. She and Marcus Siemen were united in marriage in Nov. of 1934, and together they operated the Siemen Motel near Port Hope for more than 20 years. He preceded her in death in June of 1983. She was a member of Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church in Harbor Beach. Erma is survived by her children, Marie Alisoglu and her husband, Mumin, of Harbor Beach, Jean Michalski of Port Hope and Larry Siemen of Port Hope; ten grandchildren, Roy Alisoglu, Scott Alisoglu, Mary Jean Michalski, Steve Michalski and his wife, Deb, Jerry Michalski and his wife, Charlene, George Michalski and his wife, Mary Jane, Joseph Michalski, Jr., Bonnie Michalski, Lawrence Siemen, Robert Siemen, 16 great-grandchildren; four nephews, Eric, David, Dennis, Brian Ramsey; and three nieces, Diane and Janet Ramsey and Deb Faust; one brother, Keith Ramsey and his wife, Vera, of Pleasant Lake. She was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Joseph F. Michalski in 1997. Lomatch, 94, of Caseville passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2001, at her home. Finkel, 93, of Port Hope passed away Thursday, May 31, 2001, in Mercy Hospital in Port Huron following a brief illness. He was born in Port Hope on Nov. 19, 1907, to the late Leopold and Ida (Timreck) Finkel. Harry and Gladys Lange were united in marriage on Oct. 7, 1939, in Port Hope and she preceded him in death on Aug. 9, 1993. He was a retired Bloomfield Township farmer and enjoyed spending winters at Zephyrhills, Fla. for many years. Harry was a member of the St. John Lutheran Church in Port Hope, the Port Hope Retirees Club, the Singles Club and the Kinde Senior Citizens group. He is survived by his children, Charles Finkel and his wife, Elaine, of Shelby Township, Gary Finkel and his wife, Beverly, of Port Hope and Nancy Mausolf and her husband, Roy, of Sterling Heights; nine grandchildren, Robin Teubert, Brian, Thomas Finkel, Christine and her fiance, Chuck Sandison, Kelli and Don Koth, Bethany and her fiance, James Pawlowski, Sherry and Laura Mausolf; nine great- grandchildren; Harry's special friend and companion, Clairbell Storbeck of Kinde; two sisters, Lydia Secord of Sterling Heights and Alvena Scherret of Warren; and one brother, Ferdinand Finkel of Bad Axe. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Clara Snare and Elsie Finkel. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 3, 2001, in St. John Lutheran Church, Port Hope with the Rev. Gregory Eilers, pastor officiating. Burial will be in the Lakeview Cemetery in Port Hope. A scripture service will be conducted at 8 p.m. on Saturday in the Ramsey Funeral Home in Harbor Beach.
