Earl John Alent
October 20, 1922 - May 14, 1996
ALENT, EARL J., 73, of Holiday, died Tuesday (May 14, 1996) at home.  Born 
in Parisville, Mich., he came here 12 years ago from Lincoln Park, Mich.  He 
was a retired mathematics teacher and a member of St. Vincent de Paul 
Catholic Church, Holiday.  He was a member of the Marine Corps League and 
the Polish Legion of American Veterans, New Port Richey. 

Survivors include his wife, Meg; seven sons, John, of Washington, Mark, 
Sidney, Lance and Michael, all of Michigan, Frank, Port St. Lucie, and 
Donald, Ohio; two daughters, Mary Algonda, Arabia, and Deborah Nickles, 
Kentucky; two brothers, David and Eugene, both of Michigan; two sisters, 
Margie Grifak and Helen Ulrig, both of Michigan; 18 grandchildren; and two 
great-grandchildren. Thomas B. Dobies Funeral Home, Bartelt Road Chapel, 
Holiday.  Published Tampa Bay Times (St. Petersburg. FL) Wednesday May 15, 
1996.
