Huron Daily Tribune, The
  Cecelia Talaski, 89, Rapson, died Wednesday at Huron Memorial Hospital, Bad 
Axe, after a short illness.
  She was born Feb 13, 1898 in Dwight Township, daughter of the late Frank and 
Hattie (Ignash) Andreski.
  She married William Talaska on Feb 07, 1921 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 
Dwight.  He preceded her in death Aug. 09, 1960.
  Mrs. Talaski attended St. Hyacinth Catholic School, Detroit, and was a 
lifelong parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Rapson. She was a member 
of the Daughters of Isabella and a member of St. Rita's Altar Society.
  Surviving are three sons, Arthur (Archie) Talaski, Filion, Alvin Talaski and 
Elmer Talaski, both of Bad Axe; 33 grandchildren; and 37 great grandchildren; 
four brothers, George Andreski, Port Austin, Edward Andreski, Bad Axe, Raymond 
Andreski, Kinde and Frank Andreski, Detroit; and three sisters, Margaret 
Smoger, Detroit, and Mary Miller and Florence Schramski, both of Kinde.
  She was preceded in death by one son, Jerry Zigmund Talaski, July 20, 1981; 
five brothers; two sisters; three grandchildren; and one great grand child.
  Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Rapson.  The 
Rev. John Cotter will officiate. Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Church 
Cemetery in Rapson.
  A joint scripture - rosary will be offered 4 p.m. Friday at Zinger 
Smigielski Funeral Home, Ubly, by Cotter and St. Rita's Altar Society.  A 
rosary will be offered 8:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home by the Daughters 
of Isabella.
  Friends may call after 6:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
