January 27, 1928 - February 13, 2017
Martha Behnke, age 89, February 13, 2017 of Macomb.  Loving wife of the late 
Bill Behnke who passed in November of 2005.  Dear mother of Bill Jr., Alan 
(Peg), Carol, Carl and the late Brian.  Beloved grandmother of Kimberly, Cody, 
Nicole, Brooke, Audrey, Brian Jr., Maggie, Bridgette and the late Jeff Behnke.  
Cherished great grandmother of Meena, Sara, Ty, Stella, Caleb, Jacob, Finn, 
Kian, Alex, Ben and Emerson.  She is survived by her sister, Ruth (Otto) 
Bluntzer.  She is predeceased by her parents, George and Emma Koenders and her 
brother, Roy Koenders.  She enjoyed traveling, dancing, reading, doing her 
puzzles and camping. 

Visitation Thursday 2-8 PM at Chas. Verheyden Funeral Home, 28499 Schoenherr, 
Warren. I n State Friday 9:30 am until time of Mass at 10:00 am at St. Isidore 
Catholic Church, 18201 23 Mile, Macomb. Interment will take place at Cadillac

Frank Behnke on August 28, 1948 in Center Line.  Died in Macomb County, Michigan.
