Florence E (Heilig) Bendes
December 28, 1921 - October 02, 2014
Florence E. Bendes, age 92, a longtime Center Line resident died on Thursday, 
October 2, 2014 at Medilodge of Richmond.  Florence was born in Detroit on 
December 28, 1921 and was a retired Operator for the Bell Telephone Co. 

Florence is the Wife of the late Frank Bendes and Robert Hession.  Sister of Le 
Roy Heilig, Patricia See, Helen Schraufnagel and the late Raymond Heilig, 
Melvin Heilig and Gertrude Handloser.

Visitation at the Ford Funeral Home, 26560 Van Dyke (S of 11 Mile Rd or the 696 
expressway), Center Line, Sunday, October 5, 2014 from 2-8 pm. Instate St. 
Mary, Our Lady Queen of Families Catholic Church (St Clement site), 25320 Van 
Dyke (N of 10 Mile Rd.), Center Line, Monday, October 6, 2014 from 9:30 am 
until time of mass 10 am with Fr. Robert Bauer presiding. Interment St. Clement 
Cemetery, Center Line.
