October 30, 1920 - April 4, 2011 

Lawrence W. Boehmer, age 90, April 4, 2011. Beloved husband of Elaine.  Step-
father of Karen (Jim) Christman, Charles (Linda) Roberts, Michael Roberts and 
Mary-Pat (John) Costanza.  Grandfather of Dan, Jodi, Julie, Jim and Lindsay.  
Great-grandfather of Alyssa, Ashlee, Olivia and Madelyn.  Served during WWII in 
the Normandy Campaign.  Retired Sargent of the Detroit Police Department.  
Visitation at the Sterling Heights Chapel of the Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral 
Home, 13650 East Fifteen Mile Road (at Schoenherr) Thursday 3-9 p.m. with 
rosary at 7 p.m. Funeral Friday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.  Contributions 
may be made to The Franciscans, St. Francis Guild, 4 Jersey St. Rutherford, New 
Jersey.
