Daniel Fabian Booms
January 20, 1968 - March 19, 1995
Daniel F. Booms, 27, of Harbor Beach, died Sunday, March 19 1995, at his 
residence after a long illness.  He was born January 20, 1968 in Harbor 
Beach, son of Daniel R. and Marjorie (Lemanski) Booms.  He was never 
married.  He is a 1986 graduate of Harbor Beach High SchooL.  He was the 
Shop Manager for Booms Rent-All of Bad Axe.  He was a parishioner of St. 
Anthony's Catholic Church of Helena and a member of their Men’s Club.  He 
was an avid cross country skier, snowmobiler and wood worker.  

Surviving are his parents, Daniel and Marjorie Booms of Harbor Beach; two 
sisters, Sally Hazel of Harbor Beach and Sandy Booms at home; three 
brothers, Gary Booms of Harbor Beach, Scott Booms and his wife, Michelle, of 
Harbor Beach arid Rick Booms at home; maternal grandparents, Fabian and 
Leona Lemanski of Harbor Beach; and a nephew, . Christopher "CJ. Hazel of 
Harbor Beach.  He was preceded his death by his paternal grandparents, Roman 
and Theresa (Lautner) Booms. 

Funeral services were Wednesday at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church of Helena.  
Rev. Michael Dunckel, pastor, officiated.  Burial was in the church 
cemetery.  Arrangements were handled by the Zinger-Smigielski Funeral Home 
of Ubly.  Memorials may be made to, the Daniel F. Booms Memorial Fund or 
Friends for Life Hospice of Huron County.  Published Minden City Herald 
Thursday March 23, 1995.
