Cecilia Agnes (Kirsch) Booms
September 26, 1899 - February 14, 1979
RUTH - Cecilia A. Booms, 80, of 4555 S. Ruth Road, died Friday in her home.  
Mrs. Booms was born September 26, 1899 in Huron County.  She was a member of 
the Christian Mothers of St. Peter and Paul Church, and the Veterans of 
Foreign Wars Auxiliary.  She married Edward Booms on May 18, 1920 in St. 
Anthony's Church, Helena. 

She is survived by her husband; six daughters. Mrs. Lucille Niemi, Detroit, 
Mrs. Leo Lemanski, Ubly, Mrs. James Gusa, Mrs. Kenneth Mausolf, and Mrs. 
Marvin Mausolf, all of Harbor Beach, and Mrs. Delores McLain, Florida; five 
sons, Laverne, Brighton, Jerome, Ruth, Harold, Royal Oak, and Leo and Irvin, 
both of Warren; two brothers, Joseph and Wilbur Kirsch, Bad Axe; two 
sisters, Mrs. Ray Schumacher, Ruth and Mrs. Charles Messing, Minden City; 51 
grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. 

Services will be 10 a.m. Monday in St. Peter and Paul Church with The Rev. 
Francis Murray officiating.  Burial will be in St. Peter and Paul Church 
Cemetery.  Rosary services will be at 7 p.m. Sunday at the Bowen Funeral 
Home, Minden City.  Remains will be in the funeral home after 7 p.m. Sunday.
