Randy Scott Bukowski
May 18, 1973 - December 8, 2023
Randy Scott Bukowski, 50, of Metamora, formerly of Farmington Hills, died on 
December 8, 2023.  Randy was born on May 18, 1973 in Lapeer, to parents Ronald 
and Marlene (Rutkowski) Bukowski.  After graduation from high school, Randy went 
on to earn his Associate’s Degree from Saginaw Valley where he also played 
college baseball.  He worked for many years as a manager for Virginia Tile.  He 
loved to watch sports, golf and make wine with his brother.  Randy always was 
there for his family, when his father was sick, he moved home to help take care 
of him, that was the kind of person he was.  His generous and selfless nature to 
everyone he met will be truly missed.

Randy is survived by his mother Marlene Bukowski of Metamora; siblings: Denise 
(John) Morris of Lapeer, Sue Pospisil of Metamora, Sharon Sanborn of Lapeer, 
Russell (Tracy) Bukowski of Lapeer, Jean (Ben) Wagner of Lake Orion and Phillip 
Bukowski of Metamora; 10 nieces and nephews and 9 great-nieces and nephews.  He 
was preceded in death by his father Ronald Bukowski.

Visitation for Randy will be held on Wednesday December 13th at Muir Brothers 
Funeral Home in Lapeer from 4:00-8:00 PM with a 7:00 PM Rosary service.  Funeral 
Mass will be held on Thursday December 14th at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic 
Church in Lake Orion.  The family will receive friends from 10:30-11:00 the day 
of the funeral.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in the 
gift of Mass or a Go Fund Me donation for his family at
