Ubly - William J Campbell, 63, died Sat, March 8, in Bad Axe General Hospital as 
a result of a stroke suffered Fri. He was born July 30, 1888 in Paris twp. and 
was a lifelong resident of Ruth and vicinity. Mr. Campbell is survived by his 
widow, Clara, three grandchildren, four brothers, George, Port Huron, Arthur, 
Detroit; Leo, Harbor Beach; Charles, Ruth; three sisters, Mrs. Walter 
Essenmacher, Mrs. John Dropeski, and Mrs. Simon Stacer, all of Harbor Beach. Mr. 
Campbell had one daughter, Mrs. Mary Cramer, who preceded him in death. Remains 
are at the family home in Ruth. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 Tues in SS 
Peter and Paul ch, Ruth. Rev Frank Kaufman will officiate. Burial will be in the 
church cemetery.
