(Heilig) Clor September 29, 1923 – April 15, 2002 Agnes C. Clor, 78, of Harbor Beach passed away Monday, April 15, 2002, in St. Mary's Medical Center following a brief illness. She was born on September 29, 1923, in Ruth to the late Edward and Anna (McCleod) Heilig. Agnes and Thomas Clor were married on August 16, 1941, in Ruth. Thomas preceded her in death on March 20, 1994. She was a member of Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church in Harbor Beach. She loved to play cards, work in her flower garden, work on her lawn, and was always willing to help others in their times of need. Agnes is survived by her children, Carol Sawdon and her husband, Bruce, of Algonac, Thomas L. Clor and his wife, Helen, of Minden City, Jean Lemanski and her husband, Dennis, of Dearborn, Robert Clor and his wife, Gaile, of Rochester Hills, Gordon Clor and his wife, Karen, of Port Huron and Marcus Clor and his wife, Terri, of Sterling Heights; 19 grandchildren; 13 great- grandchildren; three brothers, Clarence Heilig of Port Huron, Eugene Heilig and his wife, Josephine, of Port Austin and Gerald Heilig of Ubly; and a sister, Marie Clor of Port Huron. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Eddie and Tony Heilig; and a grandson, Timothy Sawdon. Mass of Christian burial will take place at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 18, 2002, in Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church in Harbor Beach with the Rev. Gerald Kukla officiating. Burial will take place in SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Ruth. There will be a parish vigil service at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Ramsey Funeral Home in Harbor Beach. Visitation will be 7 to 9 p.m. this evening and 1 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home and from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services Thursday at the church.
