Fabian was born on January 15, 1925, in Sherman Township, to the late Joseph and Clara (Messing) Clor. Fabian married Laura Jane Geiger on Oct.ober 1, 1949, in Ruth. Fabian and Laura had just celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary. He worked for Thumb Farm Service for over 30 years, along with working on his farm. Fabian is a World War II veteran serving in the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Parisville VFW Post 5740. Fabian loved spending time with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Fabian is survived by his wife Laura Clor, of Harbor Beach; sons, Raymond Clor and his wife Lena, of Deford, Lenny Clor and his wife Karen, of Harbor Beach, Allen Clor and his wife Brenda, of Minden City; daughters, Lillian Siemen and her husband Jim, of Harbor Beach, Cynthia Wolf and her husband Pete, of Deckerville, Diane Klaska and her husband Kim, of Harbor Beach and Marlene Kozdron and her husband Henry, of Harbor Beach; 12 grandchildren; 11 great- grandchildren, four step-grandchildren and 11 step great-grandchildren; his brother, Gerald Clor; four sisters, Marie Klee, Regina (LaVern) Hanselman, JoAnn (Lewis) Slavick, Patricia Clor, along with two sisters-in-law, Nora Clor and Ilene Clor. He was preceded in death by a daughter Rose Pohl; three brothers, Luke, Gabriel and Ben Clor; step-grandson Billy Hill; sister-in-law Patricia Clor and brother- in-law Lawrence Klee. Funeral mass for Fabian Clor will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 23, 2015, at Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church, of the Holy Name of Mary Parish, with Fr. William Spencer officiating. Burial will follow in the St. John Cemetery in Forestville. Military Honors will be given at the cemetery. Visitation for Fabian will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 22, 2015, at the Ramsey Funeral Home of Harbor Beach and from 10 a.m. until the time of the mass on Friday at the church. A Parish Vigil Service will take place Thursday at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
