Sister was born April 7, 1908, in Ruth. She was the sixth grade teacher at St. Mary's. Sister Catherine taught in the Detroit area; New Bavair, Ohio, and in Ruth, Bad Axe and Gagetown. She is survived by three sisters, Sister Louis Gonzaga, Inkster; Mrs. Robert Downey, Harbor Beach, and Mrs. Catherine Messing, Ruth; three brothers, Joseph and Leo Clor, both of Ruth, and Jacob Clor, Harbor Beach, and several nieces and nephews. The remains will be in the L.C. Friederichs and Son Funeral Home after 7 p.m. today and the Rosary will be recited in the funeral home at 8 p.m. today. The remains will be removed at noon Monday to St. Mary's Church where the Mass of the Resurrection will be sung at 2 p.m. Rev. John L. Foley, pastor, will officiate. The remains will then be removed to the Adrian Dominican Mother house where funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in the Mother House Cemetery.
