William J Campbell
Ubly - William J Campbell, 63, died Sat, March 8, in Bad Axe Gen Hosp as 
a result of a stroke suffered Fri. He was born July 30, 1888 in Paris twp 
and was a lifelong resident of Ruth and vicinity. Mr Campbell is survived 
by his widow, Clara, 3 grandchildren, 4 brothers, George, Port Huron, 
Arthur, Detroit; Leo, Harbor Beach; Charles, Ruth; 3 sisters, Mrs Walter 
Essenmacher, Mrs John Dropeski, and Mrs Simon Stacer, all of Harbor Beach. 
Mr Campbell had 1 daughter, Mrs Mary Cramer, who preceded him in death. 
Remains are at the family home in Ruth. Funeral services will be held at 
9:30 Tues in SS Peter and Paul ch, Ruth. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
