The remains are in the William T Collon funeral home. Funeral services have not been arranged. Mrs Carey is survived by 2 brothers, Edward Scully, Bad Axe and Clarence Scully, L'Anse, MI. She was born in Manchester, MI Oct 23, 1866 and came to Bad Axe in 1882. Her husband and his father, the late Henry Carey, were associated in business in one of the first elevators in Bad Axe. 2nd article .. Rites Saturday For Mrs. Carey. Pioneer Resident Died On Wednesday Funeral services for Mrs Agnes J Carey, 80, widow of George Carey, will be held Sat, Nov 23 at 9 a.m. in the Sacred Heart Cath ch. The services will be conducted by the pastor, Rev Charles A Roark. Burial will be in Colfax cemetery. Mrs Carey died Wed in her home here after an illness of nearly 3 years. The remains will be in the Carey home until time of the funeral. Mrs Carey is survived by 2 brothers, Edward Scully, Bad Axe and Clarence Scully, L'Anse, MI.
