Lois Marie (Terbrack) Dekoski
March 4, 1968 – January 15, 2006
Mrs. Lois Marie Dekoski, 37, of Ubly, passed away Sunday, January 15, 2006, at 
the United Hospice Residence of Marlette.    Lois was born on March 4, 1968 in 
Harbor Beach to Donald and Nancy (Koss) Terbrack.  She married Keith Dekoski 
on November 14, 1987 at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Ruth.  She was a 
graduate of Ubly High School.  She worked at McDonald Foodland for six years.  
She worked for Dr. Batzer for three years and Dr. Corsini for four years.  She 
was a parishioner at St. Mary Catholic Church of Parisville for 18 years.  She 
taught religious education at St. Mary's for 10 years.  She liked to 
crotchet.  Lois was a caring and loving person who loved spending time with 
her family and friends.  

Lois is survived by her husband, Keith Dekoski, of Ubly; her children, 
Katelyn, Courtney, and Matthew Dekoski, all at home; her parents, Donald and 
Nancy Terbrack, of Harbor Beach; two sisters, Dorothy Messing and her husband, 
Chris, of Minden City, Ann Silory and her husband, Terry, of Emmett; three 
brothers, Ken Terbrack, of Ferndale, Ed Terbrack, of Bad Axe, Bill Terbrack 
and his wife, Kay, of Ruth; grandparents, Art and Dorothy Koss, of Harbor 
Beach; father and mother-in-law, Ken and Pat Dekoski, of Ruth; five brothers-
in-law, Mike Dekoski and his wife, Lisa, of Clinton Township, Scott Dekoski, 
of Sterling Heights, Kenny Dekoski, of Ruth, Kurt Dekoski and his wife, 
Carrie, of Macomb Township, Jeff Dekoski and his wife, Amy, of South Dakota; 
one sister-in-law, Karen Dekoski, of Bay City; and many nieces and nephews, 
aunts, and uncles.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and 
Cecelia Terbrack; and many aunts and uncles. 

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m.  on Wednesday, January 18, 2006, 
at St.  Mary Catholic Church in Parisville.  The Rev. Andrzej Boroch, pastor, 
will preside.  Burial will be at a later date.   Visitation will be at Zinger-
Smigielski Funeral Home in Ubly from 1:30 to 9 p.m.  today and from 9 to 10 
a.m.  on Wednesday.  There will be a parish vigil service at 7:30 p.m. on 
Tuesday at the funeral home.    Memorials are requested to the Family 
Discretionary Fund or United Hospice of Marlette.
