Dorsey Croswell, March 3 (1950) – Catholic parishioners of Croswell and Lexington noted today a sorrowful parallel in the death Thurs in Miami, FL, of their pastor for the last seven years, Rev. Leo S. Dorsey. He died of a cerebral hemorrhage, as did his assistant, Rev Patrick Keogh, last fall. Fr. Dorsey's remains will arrive in Detroit Sat. and will be in St Denis ch, Lexington, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mon. At 5 p.. Mon they will then be brought to St Patrick's church, Croswell. Office of the Dead will begin at 10 a.m. Tues. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in Mt Olivet Cemetery, Detroit. Further details will be announced Sat by Rev Ignatius J Woloszyk, assistant pastor. Fr. Dorsey was born about 53 years ago in Detroit. He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Edward Chipman, and a brother, Ignatius Dorsey, both of Detroit. He was a graduate of Assumption College, Windsor, Ont. And took his theological studies at Mt. St. Mary's Cincinnati.
