Daniel Joseph Geiger
September 4, 1957 – November 19, 2007
Daniel Joseph Geiger, 50, of Harbor Beach passed away Monday, November 19, 
2007 at his home.  He was born September 4, 1957, to the late George and Selma 
(Lackowski) Geiger.  Dan was a lifelong farmer and a member of St. Anthony's 
Catholic Church in Helena and a member of the St. Anthony's Men's Club. 

He is survived by his brother, James Geiger and his wife, Linda, of Harbor 
Beach; sisters, Jean Talaski and her husband, LaVern, of Harbor Beach, Arlene 
Cook and her husband, Tom, of Harbor Beach, Cheryl Halifax and her husband, 
Gary, of Harbor Beach and Barb Burkhard and her husband, Randy, of Saginaw; 
nieces and nephews, Jeff, Doug Talaski, Shelly Cook, Lori Mazure, Brenda 
Burgess, Denise Coulliard, Angie Frakes, Shannon Grey, Nickolle Geiger, Jason 
Geiger, Alissa Heleski, Nathan Geiger, Matt Cook, Shawna Hessling, Jenna 
Halifax, Adam and Aaron Burkhard; and several great-nieces and nephews. Dan 
was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Larry Geiger; and nephew, 
Jared Halifax. 

Funeral Mass for Dan will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, November 23, 2007 at St. 
Anthony's Catholic Church of Helena with Father Jerzy Dobosz officiating. 
Burial will take place in St. Anthony's Church Cemetery. Visitation for Dan 
will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today, from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 9 to 10:15 
a.m. Friday in the Ramsey Funeral Home of Harbor Beach. A St. Anthony's Men's 
Club rosary will be held at 7 p.m. today and a parish vigil service will be 
held at 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to the 
family discretionary fund, St. Anthony's Church or Harbor Beach District 
Library.
