Anthony Glaza February 6, 1875 - October 14, 1941 Anthony Glaza, 66, life-long resident of Paris township, died Tuesday night in his farm home after a long illness. Mr. Glaza is survived by his widow: three sons, Alex Glaza, Ruth; Stanley Glaza, at home, and Pvt. Elmer Glaza of the United States Army at Point Reyes, California; six daughters, Mrs. Anna Coughlin, Detroit; Mrs. Anthony Schumacher, Minden City; Mrs. Leo Depcinski, Bad Axe; Mrs. Casimere Osentoski, Ubly; Mrs. John Shemka, Ruth, and Miss Evelyn Glaza, at home; 25 grandchildren; two brothers, Edward Glaza, Kinde, and Joseph Glaza, Detroit, and a sister, Mrs. James Bretstrom, Berrien Springs, Michigan. He was born February 6, 1875, in Paris township. Published Port Huron Times Herald Wednesday October 15, 1941. Funeral services for Anthony Glaza, 66, life-long resident of Paris township, who died Tuesday night, will be conducted at 9:30 a.m. Monday in St Mary's Catholic church, Parisville. Rev. Joseph Kopper will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Published Port Huron Times Herald Wednesday October 17, 1941.
