Aged Huron Man Found Dead in Field Near Farm
Bad Axe, Dec 7 -- The body of Albert T Green, 63, Colfax Twp farmer, was found 
Thurs, face down in a pool of water in a field, four miles southwest of Bad Axe. 
Coroner James F Colgan and Undersheriff Roy Buerker investigated. Coroner Colgan 
said death was caused by heart disease and exposure. Mr. Green apparently 
suffered an attack of the heart disease in the field. Born Nov 10, 1888 in 
Smiths Creek, Mr. Green came when he was 8 years old to Huron County with his 
parents, the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Green. He is survived by his widow, Sarah 
E; a son, George, Bad Axe(teacher); two grandchildren; a brother, Jason Green, 
Abilene, TX; a sister, Mrs. Hazel Bristol, Battle Creek. Remains are in Alden A 
MacAlpine funeral home where funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sat. Rev 
Robert A Behnken, Mt Morris Baptist pastor will officiate. Burial will be in 
Colfax Cemetery.
