Frank Gwisdalla
October 1853 - June 20, 1931
Parisville. June 22 - Frank Gwisdalla, 79, well known resident of Paris 
township, died Saturday in the family residence.  Funeral services will be 
held at 9 a.m. Tuesday from St. Mary's church in Parisville, with burial in 
the church cemetery. Besides his widow, he is survived by five children.  
Michael, Detroit; Joseph, Paris township: Ignatz, at home; Mrs. Frank 
Lubecki and Mrs. Laura Lombke, both of Paris township. Mr. Gwisdalla was 
born in October. 1851, in Poland and had lived in Paris township for the

Note: Born in Poland/Germany in October 1853 according to 1900 census. Father:  
Mathias Gwisdalla according to death records. Married Julianna Peplinski on 
June 10, 1876 in St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Parisville.
