Emerson J Hanson
Emerson Joseph Hanson, 77, resident 75 years of Verona Twp, died unexpectedly Fri 
in his farm home. Born July 22, 1877 in Chatham, Ont. He came when he was two 
years old to Verona Twp. Mr and Mrs Hanson celebrated their golden wedding 
anniversary in 1951. Mr Hanson is survived by his widow, Elizabeth; a son, Glenn 
Hanson, Bad Axe, seven grand children and a great grandchild. Funeral services 
were held Tues in Alden A MacAlpine Funeral home. Buriel was in Verona cemetery.
