Jaskowski October 7, 1913 – October 18, 1991 Frank A. Jaskowski, 77 of Paris Township, died Saturday, August 3, 1991, at the Harbor Beach Long-Term Care Facility after a long illness. He was born October 7, 1913 in Minden City, son of the late John and Martha (Zmich) Jaskowski. He married Edna Lemanski on October 18, 1941 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Parisville. Mr. Jaskowski attended St. Mary’s Elementary and Parisville District No 1 Country School. He lived in the Detroit area and worked for Budd Wheel and the Ford Motor Co. Mr. Jaskowski moved to Paris Township and worked for Nestle Mile Co. of Ubly for 16 years a boiler operator, retiring in 1969. He was parishioner of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Parisville, and a member of the cemetery committee for 21 years. He also was a member of the Paris Township zoning committee for 15 years. Surviving are his wife, Edna, Paris Township; a daughter Dollene Staroska, Harbor Beach; two grandchildren, a brother, Arthur Jaskowski of Ubly, and two sisters: Angeline Gwisdalla of Sterling Heights and Theresa Gwisdalla of Minden City. He was preceded in death by a son, Daniel Jaskowski in 1956 and a brother Floyd Jaskowski in 1961. Services were 10:000 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Parisville. The Rec. Stanley Surman, pastor of Holy Family Catholic Church, Sebewaing, officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery.
