Virgil Roman Klebba Sr., 79 of Lupton, Michigan, passed away the morning of 
September 8, 2018, at Ascension Crittenton Hospital in Rochester, Michigan.  He 
was born on August 6, 1939, in Sigel Township, to the late John and Margie 
(Trepkowski) Klebba.  He graduated from Harbor Beach High School and served his 
country in the U.S. Marine Corps for two years.  He then went on to a 
successful, 30+ year career in the construction industry before retiring in 
2000.  He loved the outdoors, living up "Nort" by the lake, pulling his grand 
kids on the tube behind his boat and beating both family and friends in a good 
game of cards.  He married the love of his life, Arlene Peyerk, in Rapson, 
Michigan, on January 11, 1964, and throughout the years, would polka with her 
whenever he could. 

Virgil will be affectionately remembered by his wife of 54 years. Virgil will 
be sadly missed by his four children Virgil Jr. (Cathy), Julius (Shannon), 
Kimberly (Jeff) and Thomas (Donna); 14 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; 
work friends; neighbors and hunting and fishing buddies. Virgil will also be 
remembered by his three sisters and two brothers, Mary (Steve), Martha, Grace 
(Dave), Donald and John Jr. (Brenda). He was preceded in death by his sister 
Bertha; and sister-in-law Nancy. Cremation has taken place and a memorial mass 
will be held in late September at a to-be-determined location in Port Huron, 
Michigan.
