Angeline Eleanor Konkel
May 31, 1930 - April 26, 1946
Angeline Konkel, 15, daughter of Mrs. Floyd O'Parka and the late Alex Konkel, 
died early today in Hubbard Memorial hosptial, Bad Axe, of injuries suffered 
Friday in an automobile accident.  Angeline's brother, Raymond Konkel, 19, who 
was discharged April 9, by the Navy, is in the hospital with concussion and cuts 
on the face and chest.  X-rays will be taken today to determine extent of his 
injuries.  State Police said the accident occurred when Konkel lost control of 
his automobile after a tire blow out on Verona road near Smiths Corners.  The 
car rolled over several times. 

Funeral services for Angeline will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday in St Mary's 
Catholic church here.  Rev. Joseph L. Koper will officiate.  Burial will be in 
the church cemetery.  Anngeline is survived by her mother, three brothers, 
Raymond, Clarence and Alex Konkel, and a sister, Evelvn Konkel, who live with 
their mother.  She was born May 31, 1930, in Paris Township.  Published Port
