Daniel L. Kramer  
October 1, 1939 - June 3, 2023
Daniel L. Kramer, age 83, of Harbor Beach, passed away Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at 
My Michigan Health Hospital in Midland. He was born on October 1, 1939 in Harbor 
Beach to the late Stewart and Mary (Booms) Kramer.  Daniel and Jean Priemer were 
united in marriage on April 4, 1964. Dan served in the US Army in Germany.  Dan 
was assistant manager of the Ruth Elevator for 21 years.  He was a member of 
Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, and the Knights of Columbus Ruth Council.  
He enjoyed gardening and flowers, and especially enjoyed his time with family 
and friends.

Dan is survived by his wife Jean Kramer, children Daniel (Tanya) Kramer Jr. of 
Kinde, Amy (John) Wilson of Coleman, grandchildren: Nicole (Nathan) Fellows, 
Austin Kramer, Cecilia Kramer, Katelin Wilson, Megan Wilson, great 
grandchildren: Charlotte Fellows and Madison Fellows, siblings: Merl (Sandy) 
Kramer of Harbor Beach, Yvonne (Louis) Bushey of Caseville, Marvin (Janet) 
Kramer of Harbor Beach, Bernadette Thompson of Ohio, Mary Fran (Terry) 
Woychowski of Clio sisters-in-law: Mary Lou Kramer of Harbor Beach, Joyce Mays 
of Swartz Creek, and many nieces and nephews.  Dan was preceded in death by his 
brothers Joseph Kramer, Gerald Kramer, sisters-in-law Linda Kramer and Phyllis 
Kramer and brother-in-law John Thompson.

Funeral Mass for Dan will be Monday, June 12, 2023 at 11 am at Sts. Peter and 
Paul Catholic Church of the Holy Apostles Parish of Ruth, with Fr. Robert Kelm 
officiating.  Burial will follow in the SSPP Church Cemetery.  Visitation for 
Dan will be on Sunday, from 2-8 pm at the Ramsey Funeral Home of Harbor Beach. 
Visitation on Monday, will be at the church, beginning at 10 am until time of 
services at 11 am.  A Knights of Columbus Rosary Service will take place Sunday 
at 6 pm, followed by a Parish Vigil Service at 7 pm.
