Joseph Michael Kramer
November 17, 1943 - December 3, 1983
Joseph M. Kramer, 40, Gaines, formerly of Sherman Township and his son, Joel, 
died Saturday at Lapeer General Hospital from injuries suffered in an auto 
accident.  Joseph Kramer was born November 17, 1943, in Sherman Township, son of 
Mary (Booms) Kramer, Harbor Beach, and the late Stewart Kramer.

He and Miss Joyce Schipinski were married April 30, 1966, at St. Joseph’s 
Catholic Church, Rapson.  Kramer had been a resident of Gaines since 1967, was 
parishioner at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Gaines, and a member of the Gaines 
Lions Club. He was a U.S. Army veteran and an employee of the U.S. Manufacturing 
Company, Fraser. 

Surviving are his wife. Joyce, Gaines; three daughters, Janine, Jolene, and 
Jennifer Kramer, all at home; one son, Jarrod Kramer, also at home; his mother; 
four brothers. Gerald Kramer, Daniel Kramer and Marvin Kramer, all of Harbor, 
and Merlin Kramer, Ortonville and three sisters. Mrs. Louis (Yvonne) Bushey, 
Caseville, Mrs. John (Bernadette) Thompson, Sylvania, Ohio, and Mrs. Terry (Mary 
Fran) Woychehowski, Clio.  Published Minden City Herald Thursday December 8,
