Casimer Ben Kubacki
March 1, 1911 - June 3, 1981
AUSTIN TOWNSHIP - Casimer B. Kubacki, 70, died Wednesday, June 3, 1981, in 
Huron Memorial Hospital, Bad Axe, after a short illness.  He was born March 
1, 1911, In Bingham Township and was a longtime area resident.  He married 
Sophia Morell October 30, 1933, in Ubly.  She died March 20, 1974.  He 
married Patricia Fleming January 20, 1979, in Ubly.  Mr. Kubacki was a 
retired Austin Township farmer.  He is survived by his wife; three sons, 
Elmer, Richmond, Virginia, Michael, Onaway, and Martin, Linwood; two 
daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (Carol) Griska and Mrs. Steve (Diana) Potter, both 
of Pontiac; a stepson, Edward Fleming, Flint; a brother, Floyd, Kinde; a 
sister, Mrs. Gaylord (Julia) Day, Ubly; 18 grandchildren; and three great-
grandchildren.  A son, Ronald, died August 30, 1978. 
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. John's Catholic Church, 
Ubly. T he Rev. Julius Spleet, pastor, will officiate.  Burial will be in 
the church cemetery.   Visiting begins at 7 p.m. today in the Zinger Funeral 
Home. Ubly.  A wake service will be held at 8 p.m. Friday in the funeral 
home.  Published Times Herald (Port Huron, Michigan) Thursday June 4, 1981.
