Alexander Paul Lackowski
May 20, 1939 - April 25, 2021
Alexander Paul Lackowski, of Bad Axe, passed away peacefully on April 25, 
2021.  Alexander was born on May 20, 1939 in Paris Township, the youngest 
son of Alexander Paul Lackowski and Regina Wojtalewicz Lackowski.  He was a 
member of St. Hubert Catholic Church in Bad Axe, an honored member of the 
local Knights of Columbus, and a member of the Ubly Fox Hunters Club.  
Alexander enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards, and was a active social 
member of his senior citizen groups.  Although Alexander never married of 
had children, he was loved by all those surrounding him.  He was fondly 
called Grandpa by many, a mentor by others, and most of all a sincere friend 
to those who knew him.

Alexander is survived by his brother, Marshall (Mary Ann) Lackowski; sister-
in-law, Betty Jean Lackowski; brother-in-law, Al Lopez; and 23 nieces and 
nephews.  He was predeceased by his parents, Alexander and Regina; a sister, 
Jeanette (Lopez); and brothers, Clarence and William (Lorraine).

A memorial service will be held at a future date to be announced.  Funeral 
arrangements were made by the Cremation Society of Mid Michigan.  Published
