Josephine M. (Schiappacasse) Lance  
June 20, 1904 - March 27, 1986
SAN BERNARDINO - Josephine M. Lance, 81, a longtime resident of San Bernardino, 
died March 27, 1986, in San Bernardino.  Born in Michigan, she was a member of 
AARP 224, Sons of Columbus, Sears Retired Club, Friendship Club and a member of 
Assumption Catholic Church.  Survivors include her daughter, Mary Ann Panelli of 
San Bernardino; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.  Visitation 
will be from 1 to 9 p.m. with rosary at 7 p.m. Monday, both at Grove Colonial 
Mortuary. Mass will be at Assumption Catholic Church at 9 a.m. Tuesday. 
Interment is at Mountain View Cemetery.  Published The San Bernardino County 
Sun, San Bernardino California Pg 16, Sunday March 30, 1986
