Bad Axe, June 16 -- Mrs. Mary A Leitch, 76, wife of Daniel Leitch, died Sunday 
night in her home in Sheridan Twp, Huron County. Born March 4, 1876, in 
Scotland, Mrs. Leitch came when she was 15 yrs old to Sheridan Twp with her 
parents, the late Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Fletcher. Mr. and Mrs. Leitch observed 
their golden wedding anniversary Oct 3, 1950. She was a charter member of 
Erskine Presbyterian church. Mrs. Leitch is survived by her husband, three sons, 
A D Leitch, Bad Axe, Archie Leitch, Ubly and John Leitch, Royal Oak; three 
daughters, Mrs. Milton Scott, Detroit; Mrs. William Damrow, Kinde and Mrs. 
Stephen Kowbel, Unionville; 11 grandchildren and a brother, Neil Fletcher, Cass 
City. Remains are in Alden A MacAlpine funeral home where funeral services will 
be conducted at 2 p.m. Wed by Rev Maurice S. Justin, pastor of Erskine church. 
Burial will be in Elkland Cemetery, near Cass City.
