Bertha Alma (Glaza) Lendzion
March 26, 19914 – May 18, 1988
Mrs. Bertha A. Lendzion of New Haven, passed away on Wednesday at her home at 
the age of 74 years.  Bertha was born March 26, 1914, to Vincent and Mary 
Stomach Glaza, in Parisville Michigan.  She was united in marriage with Leo 
Lendzion, in October of 1933.  The couple made their home in New Haven, where 
they owned and operated Lendzion’s Furs and Bridal Fashions.  Mr. Lendzion 
passed away on May 13, 1953 in Dearborn.  Mrs. Lendzion was a member of St. 
Francis of Assissi Catholic Church of New Haven.

Surviving are five sons; Leonard of Grand Blanc, Ronald of Port Huron, Jerome 
of Marine City, Dennis of Florida and George of Mount Clemens and a daughter; 
Lee Lendzion of Mount Clemens.  Also surviving are ten grandchildren and two 
sisters; Theresa Pionk and Minnie Olsove; both of Warren.  Bertha was 
predeceased by a daughter; Betty Jane Gabriel and two brothers; Frank and 
Stanley Glaza.

Funeral services will be held on Monday at 9:15 A.M. at Will and Schwarzkoff 
Funeral Home, 233 North Gratiot, Mount Clemens and 10:00 A.M. at St. Francis of 
Assissi Catholic Church in New Haven, with Reverend Father James Curtin, 
officiating.  Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township.  A 
Rosary service will be on Sunday at 7:30 P.M. at the funeral home.  Memorial 
contributions to Michigan Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
