Brighton Patch May 31, 2013
Francis Leppek Age 65, of Howell, Michigan passed away May 29, 2013.  He was 
born in Bad Axe, Michigan on March 9, 1948 a son of Zigmond and Magdalen 
(Talaski) Leppek.  Frank was a member of St. John Catholic Church in Howell and 
was very active in the community.  He was a former basketball coach and teacher 
at Hartland High School for over 19 years.  The founder of Leppek Nursery and 
Landscapes, Frank has been proudly operating the business jointly with his 
family.



Frank is survived by his wife, Wendy of Howell; daughter: Abby (Bradley) Cooper 
of Brighton; sons: Kory (Lindsay) Leppek of Brighton and Brandon Casady of 
Howell; and grandchildren: Bode and Finn Cooper and Logan and Raleigh Leppek.  
He is also survived by his mother, Magdaline Leppek; brother Dan Leppek and 
sisters: Judy Holdwick, Patricia Maurer, Darlene Skrocki, and Diane Kish; as 
well as several nieces and nephews and extended family. He was preceded in 
death by his father, Zigmond F. Leppek and brother, Leonard Leppek.  Published
