Stella (Warchock) Leppek
May 10, 1897 – May 23, 1980
Stella Leppek, 83, of South Thomas Road, died Friday, May 23, 1980, in 
Provincial House, Cass City, after a short Illness.  She was born May 10, 1897, 
in Paris Township, Huron County.  Mrs. Leppek was a member of Christian Mothers 
of St. Columbkille Catholic Church, Sheridan Township, and was a member of St. 
Mary's Catholic Church, Parisville.  She also was a member of the Holy Rosary 
Sodality. She and her husband farmed in Sigel Township.  She married Albert 
Leppek May 22, 1917, in Parisville.  He died March 28, 1959.  She had lived in 
Sheridan Township since 1972. 

Mrs. Leppek is survived by a daughter, Mrs. William (Martha) Susalla, Warren; 
three sons, Sylvester, Cass City; Henry S., Bad Axe, and Raymond, Barrington, 
Illinois; two sisters, Mrs. Ted (Ann) Micklash and Mrs. Casimlr (Verna) 
Rosinskl, both of Ubly; five grandchildren and a greatgrandchild. 

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Mary's Catholic Church.  The Revs. 
Julius Spleet, St. Columbkille Church, and Stanley Surman, St. Mary's, will 
officiate.  Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Visiting hours are after 2 
p.m. today in the Zinger Funeral Home, Ubly. Prayer services and rosary will be 
at 8 pm today in the funeral home.  The Christian Mothers will conduct a rosary 
at 8:30 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.  Published Times Herald (Port Huron,
