Anna M. (Pawlowski) Leppek
May 10, 1896 - March 31, 1989
Anna M. Leppek, 92, St. Clair Shores and a former Parisville resident, died 
Friday, March 31, 1989 at Holy Cross Hospital, Detroit, after a long 
illness.  She was born May 10, 1896 in Paris Township, daughter of the late 
John and Mary (Dropiewski) Pawlowski.  She married Joseph Leppek September 
22, 1913 in St. Mary's Catholic Church, Parisville.  He preceded her in 
death June 3. 1972.  Mrs. Leppek attended Parisville Country School and 
played in a local band with her brother.  She farmed in Huron County with 
her husband until 1955.  She was a parishioner of St. Mary's Catholic Church 
for 80 years. 

Surviving are three sons, Elmer Leppek, Edgewater, Florida, Wilbert Leppek, 
Ruth and Clarence Leppek, Areata, Florida; three daughters, Mrs. Leland 
(Dolores) Shunering, Utica, Mrs. Melva Gentner, St. Clair Shores and Mrs. 
William (Adriann) Keenan. Warren; 38 grandchildren; 65 great grandchildren; 
and three great-great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by two sons, 
LaVerne Leppek and Alfred Leppek; three daughters, Evelyn Leppek, Delphine 
Kubacki and Angelina Guitar; five grandchildren one great grandchild; five 
brothers and seven sisters. 

Services were held 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church.  The Rev. 
Leonard Wilkuski, pastor, officiated.  Burial was in the church cemetery.  
Funeral arrangements were conducted by the Zinger-Smigielski Funeral Home,
