Raymond Stanley Leppek September 15, 1925 - July 15, 1998 Raymond Stanley Leppek, age 72, of Ubly, died Wednesday evening, July 15, 1998 at Tendercare of Cass City after a long illness. He was bom September 15, 1925 in Parisville, son of the late Albert and Stella (Warchuck) Leppek. He married Betty Modock on July 15, 1950 in Chicago. He attended Kipper School. He was a truck driver for 20 years for Topac Packing Company in Chicago. He enjoyed watching and listening to various sports and gambling. Surviving are his wife, Betty, of Ubly; two brothers, Henry Leppek of Ubly and Sylvester Leppek and his wife, Mary, of Cass City; two nephews, James Leppek and his wife, Lori, of Ubly, and Larry Leppek and his wife, Brenda, of Bad Axe; three nieces, Marion Taylor and her husband, David, of Perry, Sylvia Miller and her husband, Dave, of Cass City, and Cathy Hahn and her husband, Arnold, of Deford; six great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one sister, Martha Susalla on November 29, 1997. Cremation has taken place at Sunset Valley Crematory in Bay City.
