Norman Robert Maedel
May 2, 1903 - December 17, 1961
YALE - Norman R. Maedel, 58, of 156 East Lapeer Street, Peck, died unexpectedly 
Sunday in Yale Community Hospital.  Mr. Maedel was born May 2, 1903 in Lapeer 
County, son of Mrs. Hattie Maedel, Detroit, and the late Frank Maedel.  He 
attended school in the Utica area.  He and Agnes Mazure were married June 24, 
1944 in Detroit.  Mr. Maedel was employed the last seven years by the Guerdon 
Industries of Marlette.

Mr. Maedel is survived by his widow; a daughter, Miss Ann Maedel, Peck; a 
sister, Mrs. Bernard Fiebelkorn, Detroit; his mother and a niece.  Remains are 
in the Peters-Kaatz Funeral Home.  Arrangements are incomplete.  Published Port 
Huron Times Herald Monday December 18, 1961.
