A visitation is scheduled from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Monday, March 8, 2010, with a Rosary at noon at Messinger Indian School Mortuary, 7601 E. Indian School Rd. in Scottsdale. A graveside service will follow at St. Francis Cemetery at 48th St. & Oak in Phoenix. Obituary published in Arizona Republic, 03/07/2010. Additional Comments: Norma’s Notes: Born December 4, 1910 in Paris Township, Huron County, Michigan to Joseph Peplinski (1878-1969) and Lucy Woychiechowski (1885-1965), and died March 2, 2010 in Scottsdale, Maricopa County, Arizona. She married Joseph F. Maraj (1910-1994) on July 27, 1935 in St. Mary Catholic Church, Parisville, Huron County, Michigan. Mary and Joseph had applied for a marriage license on July 20, 1935 in Lucas County, Ohio but the marriage actually took place in Michigan. Joseph was born March 5, 1910 in Michigan and died April 17, 1994 in Scottsdale. Mary is buried in Saint Francis Cemetery, Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona.
