Richard Roger Martin
January 6, 1932 - November 3, 1995
RICHARD R. MARTIN Chevrolet retiree, Northville resident Richard R. Martin of 
Northville died of a stroke Friday, November 3, 1995, in University of Michigan 
Hospitals.  He was 63.  Mr. Martin worked for 34 years at the Chevrolet division 
of General Motors Corp.  He retired in 1991.  He was a member of the Clan Donald 
and Celtic Piper's Band and Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in Northville.  
He graduated from Michigan State University in 1954 and was a pilot in the Air 
Force from 1954 to 1957.   

He is survived by his wife, Arlene; a daughter, Elizabeth Lampron; five sons, 
Richard, James, Daniel, Paul and Robert; 11 grandchildren; and a sister, Mary 
Jane Durrant. 

Visitation will be from 1-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. today and Monday in the R.G. and 
G.R. Harris Funeral Home, 15451 Farmington Road, Livonia.  A funeral mass will 
be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Raphael Catholic Church, 31449 
Beechwood, Garden City, with burial in Hillside Cemetery, St. Clair.  Published
