Mausolf May 6, 1929 - April 7, 2003 Kenneth G. Mausolf, 73, of Harbor Beach, passed away Monday, April 7, 2003, in Harbor Beach Community Hospital long term care unit. He was born on May 6, 1929 in Harbor Beach to the late George and Eleanor (Kranz) Mausolf. On August 7, 1954, Ken was united in marriage to Leona Booms in Ruth. He retired in 1991 from Carmet in Bad Axe after working for 26 years and he was a retired Sand Beach Township farmer. Ken was a parishioner of Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church in Harbor Beach. He is survived by his wife, Leona Mausolf of Harbor Beach; children, Kathleen Cleland and her husband, Roger, of Deckerville, Karen Dallas and her husband, Tom, of Harbor Beach, Douglas Mausolf and his wife, Pat, of Sandusky, Jean Sweeney and her husband, Fred, of Jeddo, Julie Drouse and her husband, Ed, of Walled Lake, Mary Pfaff of Harbor Beach, Mitzie Koroleski and her husband, Steve, of Kinde, Lisa Hegenauer and her husband, Doug, of Mount Pleasant; daughter-in-law, Betty Scharrer of Ruth; 24 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Marjorie O'Donnell of Fort Gratiot and Rosemary Roggenbuck and her husband, William, of Harbor Beach; brother Fr. James Mausolf of Traverse City. He was preceded in death by two sons, Mike Mausolf, in 1961, Gerald Mausolf, in 2001; grandson, Nathan Pfaff in 1991; and an infant brother. A funeral mass will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. on April 11, 2003 in Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church in Harbor Beach with burial in the church cemetery. A parish vigil service will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, from 1 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday and from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Friday in the Ramsey Funeral Home of Harbor Beach.
